Terms and Conditions – Demokrito

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by SRI SIVANANDA DEMOKRITO MARKET INSIGHTS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) for multiple projects, including but not limited to:
- Ad96 CMS Player (website for admin and TV application for devices)
- Demokrito TMS (mobile application available on the Google Play Store)
- Demokrito Survey XML & Data Validation Tools (AI-powered software solutions for market research)
- Other AI model projects launched by the Company from time to time.
By accessing or using our applications, websites, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users, including business entities, organizations, and individuals.
Description of Services
(a) Ad96 CMS Player – An advertising CRM platform with:
– A website for administrators to create accounts, upload advertisements, images, or other media, and manage campaigns.
– A TV application installed on devices to display ads on screens provided by the Company.
(b) Demokrito TMS – A mobile task management system (available on the Google Play Store) that allows businesses to manage work, track attendance, upload proof of task completion (images, videos, documents), and monitor departmental performance.
(c) Demokrito Survey XML & Data Validation Tools – AI-powered solutions designed for market research professionals to:
– Convert survey questionnaires into XML scripts automatically.
– Perform data validation checks on survey responses.
– Generate structured outputs while allowing user overrides for custom logic.
(d) Other AI Model Projects – The Company may launch additional AI-driven applications (including but not limited to data cleaning, insights generation, and automation tools) under the same entity. These Terms will apply to all such projects unless otherwise stated.
User Accounts
To use our Services, you must register an account with accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Content Submission
When you upload ads, images, videos, survey questionnaires, response data, validation rules, or any other content (“User Content”) to our platforms, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the purpose of delivering our Services.
You must ensure that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
The Company does not claim ownership of your survey data, validation rules, or research inputs, and such data will not be used to train AI models without your consent.
Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Some of our Services may require payment of fees. All payments must be made in accordance with the pricing displayed on our platforms or agreed in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our Refund Policy, which will be made available on the relevant project platform.
Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.
Privacy & Data Use
(a) Ad96 CMS Player – The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of Ad96 CMS Player users.

(b) Demokrito TMS – For the mobile application, we may collect personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, and uploaded media files (images, videos, documents) to provide and improve our services. (c) Demokrito Survey XML & Data Validation Tools – When using these Services, you may provide survey questionnaires, response data, validation rules, or related files. This information is processed solely to generate XML scripts, validate survey responses, or provide AI-assisted outputs. The Company does not resell, share, or use such data for unrelated purposes. Clients retain full ownership of their survey data.
(d) Other AI Model Projects – Additional AI-driven applications may collect and process data relevant to their functionality. Specific privacy practices for each project will be published as part of the Privacy Policy for that Service.
By using any of our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the relevant Privacy Policy.
Children’s Policy
Our Services, including Demokrito TMS, Ad96 CMS Player, and Survey XML Tools, are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13.
If you are under 13, please do not use our Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Google Play Compliance
For Demokrito TMS (mobile app) or any Android-based applications, you agree to use the app in compliance with Google Play’s Terms of Service and all applicable policies.
The Company reserves the right to remove your access if your actions violate such policies.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the relevant platform.
Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
